1. The promoter of this competition is Wagga Wagga City Council who’s registered office is at Crn of Baylis and Morrow streets, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650
2. To be eligible to win, entrants must abide by competition rules as stated in the original competition post
3. Entrants must reside in Australia. Gift vouchers to be spent at participating businesses, or via their online store (if applicable) in Wagga Wagga only
4. Opening date of this competition is 9am Tuesday 12 May, 2020. Closing date for entry is 11.59pm Tuesday 19 May, 2020. Entries after this time will not be accepted. Winners will be chosen at random and announced on Visit Wagga Wagga Facebook page and Instagram page in the days after the closing time and date
5. Winners will be selected from the combined entries on Visit Wagga Wagga's Facebook and Instagram pages. Entries valid on original post only
6. Winners will be notified via social media and promotion of the winner will be published on Visit Wagga Wagga Facebook and Instagram and at the discretion of third party businesses associated with this competition
7. Identification may be required on receipt of prizes
8. The promoter is not responsible for anyone who unlawfully enters the promotion
9. Prizes consists of ten (10) $50 vouchers to spend at Wagga Wagga businesses. No changes to prizes permitted
10. Prizes redeemable at participating Wagga Tourism Partner businesses only. Final list to be determined by Wagga Wagga City Council’s Visitor Economy and Events team
11. The prizes are as stated only and are not negotiable or transferrable for cash
12. The prizes can only be redeemed by the winners of the competition, as announced at 12noon, Wednesday 20 May, 2020
13. Winners agree to having photo taken when redeeming prize for purpose of promotion (if applicable)
14. Wagga Wagga City Council accepts no responsibility for inaccurate prize details or changes to prize details supplied to the entrant by any third party connected with this competition or anyone indirectly associated with this competition
15. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions
16. Employees of the promoter or the immediate family of such employees are not eligible to win. 'Immediate family' means spouse, parent, child or sibling, whether or not they live in the same household as the employee
17. The promoter’s decision is final in all matters pertaining to the promotion
18. The promoter has the right to update these terms and conditions at any time
