In this class as they bring the very best the coast has to offer right here to Wagga Wagga, where their chef will teach you how to prepare the perfect contemporary seafood feast.

This class is perfect for the fisherman or those that love seafood and want to acquire some new skills on how to prepare and cook it for yourself!

You will learn to:
Scale and cook whole fish
Perfectly poach and then chargrill octopus tentacles
Clean and segment whole crabs
Master the perfect (and quick) roast garlic and lime aioli and traditional tartare sauce

Class includes tuition, recipes and meals with regional wine, beer or soft drinks.
