In this class you will make various traditional dishes coming from Mexico City and surrounding regions. You will prepare dishes rich in flavour, colour and spice. Traditional Ceviche, modern tacos and of course a delicious Margarita cheesecake mousse for dessert. All these dishes will come together to create our Mexican Taquiza (banquet).
Class includes tuition, recipes and meals with regional wine, beer or soft drinks.
