The Pretty Amazing Jono mixes magic, mad science inventions, incredi-bubbles and circus stunts that guarantee giggles and mind-blowing fun for all ages!
The Pretty Amazing Jono returns to Spring Jam in Wagga Wagga, after wowing our festival a few years ago.
Catch The Pretty Amazing Jono on the main stage for two spellbinding shows - just follow the audible gasps from the kids watching the show to find The Pretty Amazing Jono!
Also keep an eye out for Jono wandering the festival ground performing amazing, science, bubbly, circus roving fun!
Under the direction of Jessica Takats and Anabelle Dunn, the Triple Threat Riverina (TTR) Squad love performing locally, nationally and internationally.
TTR proudly provides all individuals with the opportunity to develop a connection to the performing arts. Classes are delivered in an environment that is supportive and nurturing with enthusiastic teachers sharing their passion for the performing arts. TTR recognises that every individual has the capacity to actively participate in the performing arts, with the goal to develop a lifelong appreciation for music, dance and drama.

Wagga Wagga's own Zana Aerial Dance Academy will be performing aerial dance shows during Spring Jam. With performances on aerial silks, Lyra and Spanish web the Zana team will give audiences a taste of a variety of aerial apparatuses. This will be an amazing chance to see aerial dance up close, the fun, the strength, flexibility and the adrenaline pumping drops!
Also catch the Zana roving performers at Spring Jam. Zana's dynamic duo Eston and Tanya will be roving and performing adagio as well as juggling and prop work. With spring inspired costumes and lots of fun interactive acrobatics, they can't wait to celebrate spring with everybody!
Zana's stilt walker will also be performing in two different costumes, one a farmer, one a gentle giant inspired by the Australian peacock spider. The colourful and spirited peacock spider is rarely seen in the wild, but with this unique chance to meet a giant version children and adults alike can be inspired to find a new love of Australia's unique and vulnerable fauna.


Pros & Cons is a dynamic youth rock band formed through the Riverina Conservatorium of Music in Wagga Wagga, under the direction of David Wilson. Known for their high-energy performances and tight musicianship, the band blends classic rock influences with a fresh, contemporary sound.

Designed for little hands and big dreams, eco-friendly characters, Mila the Kangaroo, Billie the Crocodile or Maddie the Bee are ready to be your new best friend.
A simple 20-minute construction, then pop it on and rove around as your new favourite character. An eco-friendly, hands on activity for ages three to nine years.

Whirl and Twirl Pinwheel Garden
Step inside the magical pinwheel garden! Get hands on and make your own colourful pinwheel. Once your whirl and twirl creation is complete snap a pic with it in front of the giant pinwheels in the beautiful pinwheel garden.


Join Wagga Wagga Council’s dedicated Youth of Wagga (YoW) Crew for a beading and charm workshop in the Mini Makers Marquee.
The YoW crew will be in bright blue and are excited to help you make personalised friendship bracelets, necklaces and keyrings!
Let your imagination run wild at this fun, hands on workshop. Who will you gift your friendship bracelet too?


Get crafty with fabric and create your very own springtime masterpiece! Kids can cut, arrange and decorate colourful fabrics inside a colourful shadow box frame – turning them into flowers, landscapes, or whatever their imagination dreams up.
Best of all, the frames look gorgeous on a sunny windowsill, so you can take a little bit of Spring Jam home with you.
Run by Jessica from Sew Me School of Fashion & Design in Wagga Wagga, who’s all about making sewing and crafting fun, creative and easy for everyone – especially kids!
*Note parental/guardian supervision required for this workshop due to equipment used (i.e. scissors).

Native scented dough making
It's time to get your hands dirty.
Join the Australian Bushfood Education Centre and explore the scents of Country through squishy, sensory fun! In this hands-on activity, kids will play and make their own bush dough creations to take home using native plant-scented bush dough.
As little hands mix, roll and shape, they’ll connect with the natural world in a playful way to spark curiosity and cultural respect – all through the power of smell, touch and creativity.


Whether its feathered, fluffy or scaly – chances are you will see it inside the Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens Zoo + Aviary.
The ever-popular zoo and aviary will be open for Spring Jam. Whether its walking with a peacock, spying a playful dingo or experiencing the wonder of the free-flight aviary – this is one space not to miss.
Some of the resident animals will also make special guest appearances in the Spring Jam festival grounds with our zoo keepers throughout the day. This is the perfect way to get up close and even touch some of the animals.
The friendly keepers will also be on hand to answer any cute or quirky questions about the animals that call the zoo home.
Animal meet and greets, roving through the festival ground all festival long.


Test your skills on this fun, interactive obstacle course.
Dodge through speed poles, bound over tyres, weave under and over hurdles and race up the speed ladders.
Perfect for ages three and up.
Delivered by the team at Wagga Wagga’s In Motion Fitness.


Food Alley
Delight in a selection of tasty treats down Spring Jam’s Food Alley. Pick from refreshing juices, tasty acai bowls, delicious dumplings, yummy burgers, pizza and pasta, sweet treats and more! Yum!
The on-site café, The Gardens Wagga will also be open for Spring Jam.
Spring Jam also encourages packing a picnic and picnic rug and enjoying your own treats while sitting in the surrounds of the botanic garden and enjoying all the fun of the festival.


Games garden
Test your skill and have some fun on these giant garden games. Pick from giant soccer pool, giant chess, cornhole, horse racing and more.
Play against mum, dad or your siblings, or make a team and challenge your friends.
You can also make a masterpiece on the giant chalkboard.


Pick a book and a shady spot under a tree and enjoy a quiet reading session.
The Agile Library will park up in the Games Garden for Spring Jam. Offering a great selection of children's books and novels for kids of all ages.
Read a favourite or discover new titles and book characters.
Also, get lost in a fantasy world, listening to one of the special story time sessions.
Storytime sessions will take place in the book nook at 10.30am and 12.30pm.
