2024 LINEUP
Grammy, Oscar and Aria nominated musicians (and all-round legends), The Mudcakes are famous for sharing their family-friendly songs full of imaginative lyrics. Having toured New Zealand and prominent venues around Melbourne, it’s now Wagga Wagga’s turn to share in The Mudcakes magic.
Sherry Rich and Rick Plant are The Mudcakes, a funky children’s band but once upon a time, they were hip young musicians carving out a living in Nashville in the United States of America. So what changed? It’s easy, they had children and discovered the delight, the frustration and the imaginative new world that opens up to us all once we become parents.
So come swing your hips, howl and growl, catch a flying monkey, bang a bongo and toot a kazoo with The Mudcakes at Spring Jam. Perfect for little monkeys and their music loving big folks.
He’s the Prince of Putrid, The Willy Wonka of Weird - he’s Mr Snotbottom! A hilariously deeeesgusting kids comedian brimming with all the oooey, gooey, yucky things kids love.
Like a cross between Shrek and Mr Bean, you can expect snot-loads of gross-tastic gags, slimy songs and just wrong routines perfect for weird kids five years and up and their even weirder parents.
Mr Snotbottom will transport families on a roller-coaster of ridiculousness where they can howl, groan and roar with delight together.
Emily who? Emily WHO! Join in the music, movement and fun with Emily Who. A live music, children's show full of infectious energy, playful spirit and big dreams! Join Emily Who on the mainstage at Spring Jam at 12noon and again at 2.30pm.
Emily Who is an Australian children’s singer who recently released her fourth album of songs for preschool-aged kids. She regularly performs live shows and writes and presents annual children’s performances. She is also the creator of two webseries: the Kids Couch Concert Series and Musical Pirate Adventure.
Sisters Dixie Chandelle (aka Chelsey Page) and Ronnette Chandelle (aka Rhianna Grentell) took a hiatus from performing with 'The Fabulous Chandeliers' to have bugalugs. Now they're back with ukuleles in hand and a never-ending list of chores on their minds, multi-tasking their way to the stage.
With their signature plunka-plunk ukulele spin, no genre is safe from these sweet harmonising songbirds. From The Andrews Sisters to Tay-Tay, The Ukumamas have got you covered and are sure to have you toe-tapping faster than you can say, "toilet, teeth, bath and bed!"
Get up close and personal with Erth’s menagerie of lifelike Australian dinosaurs - from a cute baby Muttaburrasaurus to the most terrifying Apex predator to ever walk this country, the fearsome Australovenator!
Erth’s dinosaurs are unmistakably ‘alive,’ and mostly friendly, in this fun, educational and original performance, connecting young audiences to the real science of paleontology.
This extraordinarily imaginative work delights audiences from three years and up. Audiences learn how to feed and interact with Erth’s dinosaurs in a once in a lifetime interactive experience. Children can watch wide-eyed from a safe distance or dare to get right up close to these prehistoric creatures.
