Wagga is a crucial part of the Transgrid network and, with the construction of major infrastructure projects such as EnergyConnect, HumeLink, and VNI West - Wagga is positioned to be a major regional energy hub supporting not only the Riverina, but the National Electricity Market which services eastern Australia.

This made Wagga the ideal location for establishment of our Discovery Hub, an exciting space for the community to learn more about our transmission projects and Australia’s transition to a clean energy future. Within the Discovery Hub you can learn about all aspects of electricity including:
