The High-Country climate infuses the products with unique local flavours. Their small-batch whisky, vodka, liqueurs and Eliksir gins embody the adventurous character of the Snowy Valleys.

The distillery is open for visitors on Fridays, Saturdays Sundays and school holidays and offers a range of experiences including tastings, tours and workshops alongside its boutique onsite accommodation.
