Ashculme Textiles is a weaving studio on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga. Home to a growing number of both alpacas and floor looms - currently standing at 8 each - it is where Fiona weaves and dyes the alpaca yarn, or runs her workshops.

Open by appointment, visitors are welcome to call in and see the looms, large and small and view the handwoven alpaca range. From scarves and cowls, to ponchos and capes, each piece is woven on site and the yarn dyed with the local flora and other natural dyes.

You are very welcome to visit the studio for purchases or to talk all things weaving. Or, for a small fee, you can visit the alpacas and hear the full journey of the yarn, from paddock to product, carding, spinning and dyeing and weaving. Or maybe book in for a full class. Tour bookings are online. For just a studio visit please call or text first to make sure Fiona is available.
