Their small, but plentiful farm, located on the outskirts of Wagga Wagga and minutes from their downtown cafe, provides a large portion of the organic produce for their seasonal, tasty menu.

It’s these preserves that led the Wagga Wagga + Surrounds tourism team to collaborate with Mates Gully for the COLLABS campaign, creating the limited edition, pantry-size beetroot relish.
Made with Mates Gully grown beetroots this vibrant, flavour-packed relish is perfect for a fresh sandwich (made with Mates Gully fresh-baked sourdough), in a salad or on a grazing board shared with friends or family.
