Next, comes the semi-boring, but kinda important stuff. For quality control we’ve even had Santa check the list twice – we have it on good authority that he is quite a good list checker!

Anywho, no more dilly-dallying, Christmas will be here before we know it … Below are all the terms and conditions you need for taking part in this festive promotion! Let’s get jingling …

  1. The promoter of this promotion is City of Wagga Wagga who’s registered office is at Crn of Baylis and Morrow streets, Wagga Wagga, NSW, 2650.
  2. By entering this promotion, you confirm that you agree to these terms and conditions. By submitting any information required as part of entry into the campaign, entrants agree to their information being held and processed in accordance with Wagga Wagga City Council's and the participating third party business’ privacy policies.
  3. To be eligible to claim prizes in this promotion entrants must abide by terms as stated in any or all official campaign marketing or promotions and these terms and conditions as shown on www.visitwagga.com.
  4. This promotion is open from December 1, 2025. Prizes will be drawn on December 22, 2025 (or a date thereafter December 22, 2025). Winners notified on or after December 22, 2025. Entries submitted before or after the entry period will not be considered. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 48 hours of notification, then the prize will be forfeited by the winner and a new winner will be selected by the promoter.
  5. There are twelve (12) prizes available in A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025. The maximum individual prize value for A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 is $400. Total prize value for all twelve prizes for A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 is $2500* (*prize total could fluctuate slightly). Entry in A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 is via the official entry form at www.visitwagga.com only.
  6. Each prize door will open at 5pm (17.00pm) AEST each day of the competition, or at a time determined by the promoter.
  7. Entrants can enter each giveaway once only.
  8. Entrants are eligible to win one (1) prize in A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 only. In the event an entrant is drawn out on a second occasion, a redraw will take place for that prize.
  9. Participants/entrants/prize winners in A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 must be aged 18 years or over.
  10. Participants/entrants/prize winners in A Very Wagga Wagga Giftmas 2025 must be residents of Australia.
  11. Employees of City of Wagga Wagga and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
  12. To enter, participants must follow the instructions stated in the giveaway post.
  13. Winners will be randomly selected from all eligible entries. All entrants have an equal opportunity at winning.

Prizes through this promotion are not negotiable or transferrable for cash.Any additional spending money, travel costs, items of a personal nature, meals, and all other ancillary costs are the responsibility of the winner. Unless expressly stated, all other expenses become the responsibility of the winner. Each prize must be taken as stated and no compensation will be payable if a winner is unable to use the prize as stated.

Selection and collection of tree to be arranged directly with Kinnilla Market during farm 2026 opening hours. Gift voucher is valid for three (3) years. One (1) Little Triffids Flowers everlast wreath, and, (1) Artisan Baker gingerbread pack. Value: $300. No changes to prizes allowed and prizes not transferrable for cash.
