Spring Session - Calligraphy

Calligraphy
Experience the art of calligraphy with Wagga-based artist and calligrapher Heidi Phillpot from Quill Fine Art Creations as part of the Museum of the Riverina's Rare Trades Weekend – Spring Session.

Watch Heidi demonstrate the techniques behind beautiful hand lettering as she works with a range of calligraphy tools and personalises selected products. Visitors can also have a go themselves, with calligraphy supplies available to explore and try.

Alongside the demonstration and Come & Try activity, browse Heidi's Pop-Up Personalised Calligraphy Shop, featuring a range of handmade and letterpress products, including greeting cards, Christmas ornaments, note cards, gift tags, calligraphy starter kits and letterpress stationery.

Whether you're interested in traditional crafts, looking for a unique gift, or simply curious to see how calligraphy is created, this is an opportunity to meet a local artisan and experience the craft for yourself.
