Awareness Through Movement Lessons

Wagga Wagga Art Gallery
Inspired by the sensory-rich exhibition Esssenssse, children will be guided by artist, physiotherapist and Feldenkrais student Lieng Lay through a series of flowing, rhythmic movement activities designed to encourage body awareness, focus and creative expression.

The sensory exploration continues with hands-on sculpture making using plasticine and air-dry clay. Drawing on the feelings, shapes and ideas inspired by the movement exercises and exhibition, participants will create their own sea creatures and imaginative underwater beings to take home.

This engaging workshop combines movement, creativity and sensory play in a fun and supportive environment for young artists.
