Hollows - Not Nature's Empty Spaces

Wagga Wagga Art Glass Gallery
The RAD Exhibition program is pleased to present Hollows, an exhibition of work by Patricia Murray, Susan Buik and Tina de Jong. Hollow is the culmination of a two-year collaboration and exploration of society's conflicting values around the natural environment.

Hollows asks the viewer to consider whether remnant bushland is an impediment to progress, or a vital support for society and a vanishing heritage in need of conservation.

Combining their art practices with ecological knowledge, the artists seek to build empathy for fellow flora and fauna. Through this exhibition, they aim to deepen public understanding and appreciation of the natural world's deep time, complexity, fragility, and resilience.
