The Queen's Purse

wefwef Join a whimsical, life-size illustrated exhibition telling the incredible story of Marea Bright, a world-class milliner and Wagga Wagga character.

Marea likes hats. Her mother takes her to Melbourne to find the perfect hat for the Gold Cup race day in Wagga Wagga, opening her eyes to the world of millinery.

When Marea grows up she embarks on an adventure to London and meets her old friend from Urana, Freddie Fox. Together, they undertake a special project that she couldn’t have imagined, in her wildest dreams, would be possible for a girl from Wagga Wagga.
