City of Wagga Wagga, in partnership with Oceanic Consulting Group, is offering 10 regionally-based agritourism and hospitality operators the opportunity to apply for access to three hours of complimentary expert-led HR services.
Second Season HR Services is available to assist businesses with staff attraction, retention and workforce development strategies, via an expression of interest survey.

This program is flexible to your needs and will be tailored to your business.
An initial discovery session will be conducted to understand elements of how your business operates across some of the following areas:
- Business snapshot
- Talent acquisition and retention
- Culture, purpose and values
- Leadership development
- Compliance, law and risk management
- Workplace wellbeing
Analysis and mapping of the above will result in success framework recommendations tailored to your business. Follow up delivery sessions will be scheduled as required.
Eligibility is open to Wagga Wagga + Surrounds (Coolamon, Cootamundra-Gundagai, Greater Hume, Junee, Lockhart, Narrandera, Snowy Valleys and Temora) businesses across agritourism, hospitality and culinary industries.
Places are limited with 10 businesses accessing support.
HR Services will be delivered from July through to September 2026.
