With the second darkest skies on the planet, the stargazing experience is outstanding. Kestrel Nest EcoHut is the first and only Dark Sky Approved Lodging in Australia. Perfectly placed stargazing hammocks make for comfortable viewing.

A well-equipped kitchen will have you cooking up a storm with farm-fresh produce and locally sourced produce available for purchase. With no nearby town, road, or farmhouse, the night sky will have you amazed.
The hut is named after the magnificent Kestrel - the only bird seen near the EcoHut for two weeks after the Black Summer fires that threatened the hut.
Guests can purchase farm-grown lamb, chicken and beef. A Regional Hamper and Regional Cellar are available.
