The Visit Wagga COLLABS campaign has brought together two amazing Wagga Wagga + Surrounds businesses for this special release product. It’s sustainable, lovingly handcrafted and gives us all the happy, bubbly feels.
This story starts with the team at Wagga Wagga’s The Fast Lane Drive-Thru Coffee. Each day these barista ninja’s sling out hundreds of hot and cold brews to the caffeine-needing folk of Wagga Wagga. By the end of the day, while all the good folk are sufficiently caffeinated, there’s a large pile of coffee grounds crying out to be repurposed.

Megan started Valley Soaps & Co. during the pandemic years and has gone on to build her hobby into a flourishing small business from her home in Tumut in our neighbouring Snowy Valleys region.
Megan’s handcrafted cold processed soaps cater for a variety of skin types and they look and smell good enough to eat … no, really, it’s easy to confuse these soap bars for chocolate bars. Disclaimer: if you do chomp on them you sure will get a ‘soap’-prise, so take this as your friendly word of warning, soap is not food.
For this COLLAB Megan has taken the spent coffee grounds and some cold coffee brew from The Fast Lane's special coffee bean blend and handcrafted them into small batch, waste-saving soaps.
There's a few varieties of coffee soaps to choose from, which makes them perfect for gifting or keep them for different rooms in the home – one in the kitchen, one in the bathroom, one in the guest bathroom, one in the laundry, one in the butler’s pantry – you get our drift *wink* .
