Food I Am
You will be hard pressed to find a more passionate team of culinary creatives than the team at Wagga Wagga’s Food I Am.
Through their cooking school, dining space, venue and small batch produce line Food I Am showcase local produce and flavours to the world and bring a world of flavours to Wagga Wagga.
The Wagga Wagga + Surrounds tourism team have collaborated with Food I Am, creating the limited edition Riverina Pistachio Bush Dukkah release.
Now part of Food I Am’s Small Batch Produce line, the dukkah is inspired by local, fresh ingredients that can be found in our region. All handmade in the Food I Am kitchen in Wagga Wagga, this dukkah combines citrus, nutty and spicy notes for a flavour profile perfect for lamb, fish, roasted vegetables, salads or enjoyed with local olive oil and freshly baked bread.
