The Rock Heritage Trail

Urana Street and surrounds
The Rock New South Wales 2655

Park the car and step back in time as you take a stroll around The Rock’s main streets.

A highlight of the trail is the Avenue of Honour, established in 1918 to commemorate the first ANZACS. Planted in July 2018, a Lone Pine Tree now stands at the western end of the Avenue. War memorabilia in the Avenue include the Gallipoli Panels, a navy anchor, plane fin and armoured personnel carrier.

A number of heritage buildings also feature along the walk, with heritage plaques leading past Federation shopfronts to the quaint cluster of pretty churches dating from the early 1900s.
