Council has been successful in receiving a $20,000 grant from the Live Music Office to deliver a pilot project entitled Fitz Live. The funding is administered by Live Music Office on behalf of Create NSW and is used to cover the cost of fees for musicians, curators and technicians involved in the events.
Fitz Live will be delivered by a partnership between local musicians, Wagga Tourism Partners located in the Fitzmaurice Street precinct and Wagga Wagga City Council.
