Gears & Beers

Sun 1 Oct 2017

Time: Rides start at 7am, Craft Beer & Cider Festival 11am to 6pm

The fourth annual Gears and Beers community cycle challenge, conceived and run by the Rotary Club of Wollundry Wagga Wagga.

Wagga Wagga is well known as an active community and we are proud to provide an event that promotes health, fitness and fun to all ages.

Ride in a group, as an individual or with family and friends, then meet at the finish line (Victory Memorial Gardens) for an afternoon of live entertainment at our craft beer and cider festival.

Our craft beer and cider festival has been created to meet the growing appreciation for the range of hand crafted beers and ciders produced right here in our region.

Craft brewers are a passionate bunch and we want you to come and enjoy the fruits of their labour. Meet the brewers, let them educate you about what you are drinking, why it tastes the way it does and how it's brewed.

The combination of the cycle challenge, the craft beer and cider festival, outstanding locally roasted coffee, accompanied by great local food will make for an enjoyable afternoon.

Cost: Festival entry: $10. See website link below for rides.
Location: Victory Memorial Gardens, cnr Baylis and Morrow Streets, Wagga Wagga
