Aonach has become Australia's largest gathering of Connemara ponies and their owners.

The focus of the weekend is on purebreds and partbreds in action - jumping, dressage, The Challenge, working hunter.

The Connemara pony is renowned for its temperament: it is sturdy and reliable. Large partbreds are currently representing Australia in Europe in Dressage and Three Day Eventing.

So, visit Aonach and expect well-schooled equine action.
