Saori Weaving Retreat

Saori Weaving Retreat, Wagga WaggaSat 2 & Sun 3 Jun 2018

Time: 10am to 4.30pm

Saori weaving workshop hosted by Ashculme Textiles and run by Kaz Madigan, weaver of 40 years, registered Saori instructor and owner of Curiousweaver.

Everything is included for you to have a relaxing and creative weekend of weaving.

You will have your own Japanese Saori floor loom to work on, with the warp already threaded and ready for you to weave.

You can expect to take home one or two woven pieces for scarves, interiors or simple clothing.

The retreat is about the joy of creativity and trying something new.

No experience is needed.

Morning tea, a light lunch of locally grown produce and endless cups of tea & coffee is also provided.
