Take a journey down the Mekong and learn to cook regional dishes from Hanoi to Ho Chi Min City. 

  • Hoi An wonton with shrimp mousse
  • Papaya salad with beef,  & chilli
  • Stuffed squid with pork, glass noodles & mushroom
  • Chicken with lemongrass, five spice & chilli
  • Stir fried morning glory with garlic
