We start with a hors d'voeuvres of a herbed scone served with a salmon pâté, followed by a mediterranean vegetable and goats Cheese crostata with tried and tested tips to make your pastry perfectly short and melt-in-your-mouth delicious.
Michele will introduce you to the easiest lemon curd you have ever come across, so that it can be smothered on the light as air sponge we then make. A sponge cake is the ideal cake to master, it is popular, quick, versatile and delicious. When you have the experience and the knowledge, this delicious dessert is one you will make again and again.
