Come together to celebrate the 50th anniversary of the opening of the Wagga Wagga Botanic Gardens.

Bring a picnic, rug and chairs along and enjoy entertainment from the Tin Shed Rattlers, Mo-Jo, The String Family, as well as dancing displays from Allegro Ballet School.

Go for a stroll around the gardens, visit the zoo, ride the ponies, or let the kids run free on the playgrounds.

The Willans Hill Miniature Railway Twilight Run will also be on, running from 10.30am through until 9pm. This is a special annual event where you can see the lights of Wagga Wagga, once the sun has set. Rides are $2, covered footwear essential.
